Analysis Cuts
1) sub-systems cuts require firing trigger:1, 2, 3, 4 & TOF: 1, 2
in addition selecting the highly populated region of Time-over-Threshold (ToT) vs Leading Edge time (LE) plots.

2) Time Of Flight sub-system (TOF) cuts.

3) Hodoscope sub-system cut require firing one and only one of the three central
horizontal fibers (and) one and only one of the three central
vertical fibers

4) A loos Cherenkov angle cut was applied to calculate time difference between measured photon time and calculated photon time.
- For protons |(angle from LUT - theoritical proton cherenckove angle )|< 0.04 rad.
- For pions |(angle from LUT - theoritical pion cherenckove angle )|< 0.04 rad.
5) The applyed time difference cuts were typically +/- 5 sigma of the gauessian fit of the ture path inside the prizm histogram"

6) Extraction of reconstructed Cherenkov angle was performed after applying time difference cut.

8) Background subtraction carried out to calculate single photon resolution (SPR) and the mean value of the Cherenkov ampiguity distribution.

9)The photon yield calculated after applying the time difference cut and cherenkove angle cut, which is typically:
- |(angle from LUT - reconstructed Cherenkov angle )|< 5 sigma of the fit "gauessian+line" of the cherenkov ambiguity distribution after background subtraction histogram in radians.
