9) Benchmarking with full bunch for Qs=1/1000 in 1 10^5 turns

The nine-th step is to benchmark the evolution of the transverse rms emittance of a bunch. The bunch distribution is Gaussian in all directions and it is formed by 1000 macroparticles. The synchrotron tune produces one synchrotron oscillation in 1000 turns.

For the purpose of benchmarking we change the working point to Qx = 4.3604 so to increase the number of particles candidates to be trapped to 27%, i.e. to 270 macroparticles which would allow a decent statistics on the emittance increase. All other parameters used, except Qx, are those of the step 7.
