Analysis logbook in Oracle

All messages are ordered in Categories (a kind of folder) and Topics.
Associated to each category is a list of keywords describing the Context.
Examples for Categories and Contexts:
- HYDRA
- General
- Bug Reports
- New Developments
- ROOT

- ...
These structure is defined in advance.
Dedicated (few) users might add categories and contexts.
All users can add new Topics or add messages to an already existing topic.
Each topic has a title and one ore more context-keywords to allow for fast searches.
It consists of one or more Entries, containing:
- the author
- the timestamp
- the title for the entry
- a text (max. 32k)
- attachments (links to html-pages or pictures on an other web-server)
