You must be on a Solaris system to run 
answerbook. 

Set the OPENWINHOME environment variable.

Then, from the command line,  type answerbook
If you are successful it will look like this.

myhost% answerbook
Verifying AnswerBook environment...

Looking for locally installed AnswerBooks...
        "SunPro AnswerBook"
        "Solaris 2.3 System Administrator AnswerBook"
        "Solaris 2.3 User AnswerBook"
        "Solaris 2.3 Reference Manual AnswerBook"

  Errors resulting from not setting the OPENWINHOME
environment variable or not setting the OPENWINHOME
environment variable correctly.

If the OPENWINHOME environment variable is 
not set then you will get the following error
message:

myhost% answerbook
Verifying AnswerBook environment...

The "OPENWINHOME" environment variable is not set.
Are you running OpenWindows?

Check/reset the value of $OPENWINHOME, then rerun "answerbook".

If the OPENWINHOME environment variable is 
not set correctly then you will get the following error
message:

myhost% setenv OPENWINHOME /u0/kenj
ventura% answerbook
Verifying AnswerBook environment...

Could not find the AnswerBook Administration utility "ab_admin"
in /u0/kenj/bin.

Verify that you are running the Solaris 2.2 version of OpenWindows,
then rerun "answerbook".

  About fonts 

      You do not need any special fonts for answerbook like
      you do for imagetool.

   There are no colormap flash problems with answerbook.
