Print services

/etc/qconfig defines the printer queues. At GSI, however, printing services are implemented via the rlpr mechanism. Thus somewhere 
export RLPR_PRINTHOST=${RLPR_PRINTHOST:=printserver.gsi.de}
has to be defined.
To establish a local print queue for a network printer, use 
smitty - print spooling - add a print queue
and answer the prompts.
