Fixing a broken Telnetd on an Interactive Unix system

To make an NCD successfully telnet to a current Interactive system, you must
change the file /etc/inetd.conf to cause the telnet daemon to run as an old
version, (which didn't exhibit the current bug that stops the NCD from 
succeeding in the connection). The new inetd.conf should have a line containing:


			telnetd -Xd
