Many users have a problem with Xremote when two people are trying
to use Xremote on the same workstation at different times. This is only
a problem if the tmp directory where Xremote1 is stored is sticky.
(A directory with the sticky bit set will only allow the user to delete
his own files. This was implemented so that other users could not
remove other people files in /tmp.)

  1. user1 uses Xremote and logs out leaving /usr/tmp/Xremote1 behind.

  2. user2 attempts to use Xremote, but xinitremote cannot move the temp
file to /usr/tmp/Xremote1 and fails silently, dumping the user back
to the serial session with no indication of what happened.

  Suggested Actions:
Use the environment variable XREMOTETMPDIR to determine the directory
that contains the log file for all stdio library output from the
Xremote helper and all the clients run by the .xinitremoterc script.
