XRemote will not try to read the NCD rgb.txt file until an X client 
makes a request for a color by name.

Once an X client makes a color request by color name, the NCD will
read the rgb.txt file from the host running xinitremote and Xremote.
 
If the rgb.txt file is not present, then the color lookup will fail.

If the first read try fails, the NCD will not try to read rgb.txt again
until it is rebooted and a new X client makes a color request by name.
