SysMan (5.x,4.x) or addgroup (3.x,2.x) to create
groups.
Use SysMan (5.x,4.x) or adduser (3.x,2.x) to create
users
(leave proposed /usr/users/ as home directory parent).
Note that su root is only allowed for users in the
system secondary group.
