Compilation (V2.7b5)

Needs libjpeg, libpng.
Note that libpng V1.5.x onwards has changed in an incompatible manner (hidden png_struct access). For Mosaic one is stuck at around V1.2.x, unless the Mosaic code is adapted. Adapt the top level Makefile, if necessary.

AIX

Adapt makefiles/Makefile.ibm:

CC = cc
sysconfigflags = -D_BSD -O2 -D_LARGE_FILES

Then run

make clean
make ibm

Several flaws to be corrected in Makefiles and source text.
