Compilation (21.4.22)

The configure script is even more strange than the usual ones (doesn't accept common flags):

Run the configure script, e.g.

               # AIX 6.1; C 9   
   ./configure --prefix=/tmp/XEmacs-21.4.22 --compiler=cc --cflags="-O2 -D_LARGE_FILES" --with-x11

compile and install

make

"filemode.c", line 70.1: 1506-377 (I) The type "struct stat64*" of parameter 1 differs from the previous type "struct stat*".


make install
