Failed Installation of Latest pssp Fixes -- Error 0503-247

Environment

Problem

An attempt to install the latest pssp fixes fails with the following error:

0503-247 installp:  Error:  A fileset contained in a 4.1-formatted
package. Cannot have a lower level (ver.rel.mod.fix) than a fileset
with the same name in a 3.2 or 3.1-formatted package.

Solution

The filesets in error are:

      clnettape 1.1.0.1
      clnettape 1.1.1.0.U445896

Copy the install images to the hard disk and then remove the following files from the install directory:

 clnettape.1.1.1.0.I445896
 clnettape.usr.1.1.0.1
 nettape.1.1.1.0.U445897
 nettape.usr.1.1.0.2
 nettape_tlc.1.1.1.0.U446782
 nettape_tlc.usr.1.1.0.1

Then recreate the .toc and it should work fine.
