A displaced beam

A beam can be shifted from the symmetry axis of the elements by: 6 S(HIFT) B(EAM) <x-displacement in meter> <a-angle displacement in rad> <y-displacement in meter> <b-angle displacement in rad> ; [example: S   B   0.02   0.001 ;]

This command can be used to describe a displaced beam at the entrance of the system, it can also be used to describe a displaced optical element by displacing the beam before and after this element. WARNING: this looks a little bit silly in a graphical output.
