The generation of particles will yield a distribution ``around'' the
optical axis. The shift the distribution away from this axis, use
the command
2 B(EAM) D(ISPLACEMENT) <type of coordinate>
<displacement> ;
[example: B D Y 0.01 ;]
This command also affects the implicit generation of particles for
the PP and DH commands. type of coordinate may be X,A,Y,B,G or D.
