In case of a positive radius GICO assumes that a sector field deflects the particle beam in the
negative x-direction, i.e. to the right, looking downstream. A negative radius specifies the
opposite direction.
The old method with an additional matrix is still supported, it may only lead to wrong system plots.
Thus the direction of deflection can be changed by:
