The format of the System Transfer Matrix

There is also the possibility to change the format of the printout, making a comparison with GIOS more easy. The command is: 3 O(UTPUT) F(ORMAT) <format> ; [example: O   F   G ;] [O   F   N ;]

format can be either N(ORMAL) or G(IOS).
When using a high calculation order, the printout of a single transfer matrix can extend over several pages of the output file. The order of the printout can be chosen to be smaller than the calculation order by: 2 O(UTPUT) O(RDER) <order> ; [example: O   O   2 ;]

Sometimes the resulting transfer matrix has many elements which are in the vicinity of 0., but are all different, thus making the output a little bit confusing to read. With: 3 O(UTPUT) T(olerance) <value> ; [example: O   T   1.E-5 ;] [default: O   T   0. ;]

you can force GICO to output all elements of the transfer matrix, which absolute values are smaller than <value> to appear as 0.
