A transfer matrix from z0 to zi is printed by the command:
2 P(RINT) M(ATRIX) <order> ;
[example: P M 1 ;]
where order is the output order of the matrix, overriding the values
in den CO or OO-commands, if given.
Note that one overall transfer matrix is automatically printed at the end
of each GICO calculation; therefore, a PM-command is needed only when
intermediate results are desired.
