Target -> S6, ESR

Example input file:

Mn48_to_ESR.in ⁴⁸Mn from ⁵⁸Ni at 500 MeV/u in 4 g/cm² Be target at station #2, uses a cut like the measured ESR acceptance at the end. For full simulation combine it with ESR MOCADI file starting at end point of this.

(*) some GICOSY data sets to the ESR need the additional matrix file SCHILLINGER65.ASC, which describes the stray field of the ESR dipole. In the newer files it is included directly.

(**) The polarity of last quadrupole doublet in front of ESR is GTE5QD21 y-fox, GTE5QD22 x-foc, ever since 1998. But the control system status showed it wrong for many years. It was corrected only in Nov 2020.
