delta time shift

Scan of the difference between measured and calculated propagation times of the detected photons across assumed speed of the photons and the hit position along length of the bar.

  • v12_p07 runs
  • 100 pions @ >3 GeV/c for each data point
  • bar #5
  • 20 bins along length of the bar ([-100,+100] cm); bin #10 corresponds to the perpendicular case

Example of the time difference between measured and calculated propagation time (bin # 14; 19.4 cm/ns):
